How quickly can you install an STP to clear my Occupancy Certificate?
Modular STP systems can be installed and commissioned in 6–10 weeks depending on site conditions, designed to CPCB and CPHEEO standards with RERA and municipal compliance documentation prepared alongside.

My STP is already installed but not performing properly — can you fix it, or do I need a new one?
Usually it can be fixed. Most non-performing systems were designed off a standard template rather than the site's actual water and load characteristics. We assess first and recommend rebuild vs. replace based on what's actually wrong — not a default upsell to a new system.

Our society is refusing to take handover of the STP after possession — what are our options?
This is common, and it's a structuring problem as much as a technical one. We set up a transitional AMC arrangement so the developer isn't stuck as the indefinite informal owner while the handover is resolved, and can advise on the documentation that makes handover easier to negotiate.
